Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time. If you face any issues tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within India after your order is confirmed and dispatched. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and undamaged
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original invoice

Please note that customised or personalised pieces are non-returnable. For exchanges, the same conditions apply.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2/ Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

3/ Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to our address as guided.

4/ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Yes, eligible returns receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Sterling silver can tarnish naturally over time due to exposure to air, moisture, sweat, and chemicals. This is completely normal and does not indicate poor quality. To slow tarnishing:

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products

• Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising

• Store in an airtight pouch or zip-lock bag when not in use

• Clean regularly with a soft silver polishing cloth

Cleaning your silver jewellery at home is easy:

1/ Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water.

2/ Gently scrub the jewellery with a soft toothbrush, paying attention to intricate designs.

3/ Rinse thoroughly under clean water.

4/ Pat dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth.

5/ Allow to air dry completely before storing.

Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, toothpaste, or abrasive materials as these can permanently damage your jewellery.

Proper storage helps maintain the shine and longevity of your silver jewellery:

• Store each piece separately to avoid scratching

• Use an airtight zip-lock bag or a soft anti-tarnish cloth pouch

• Keep away from humidity, direct sunlight, and heat

• Avoid storing near rubber or wool as these accelerate tarnishing

• Consider adding a small piece of chalk or silica gel packet in your jewellery box to absorb moisture
